PUZZLE CUSTOMERS: Brigid does not manufacture the puzzles or sell them, she simply provides her art to the puzzle companies. If you have a puzzle with a missing piece, we suggest you get in touch with the company that made the puzzle you purchased. OTHER CUSTOMERS: Brigid is a licensing artist. This means that her art is licensed to lots of manufacturers around the world for them to make products with her images. She is not involved in selling these products to consumers. The products are manufactured by the company that licensed the work. So if there is an issue with something you purchased you’ll need to get in touch with the store or website you purchased it from, or look up the website of the manufacturer of the item. The name of the manufacturer is often on the item somewhere, and their website will have contact information. While we wish we could help our customers with any such issues we just cannot.
ETSY: Brigid’s Etsy store is the exception to the above information. Any items purchased through the Brigid Ashwood Official Etsy shop are backed by our customer service and policies.
